Direction-
In a grinder/mixer jar, take Green Moong Dal, Green Chili, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander. Add little water and grind it. If required add little more water to form batter.
Now take medium size bowl and add Green Moong Dal Batter, Grated Broccoli, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, finely chopped Coriander and Salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and if required add more water to form pouring consistency.
Heat up the pan and start making chilas. Serve hot with ketchup/sauce/green chutney/coconut chutney/tomato chutney.
Tips - Avoid or go easy on adding green chili, ginger and garlic while making this chilla for kids under 3/4 years old. They will not like the strong flavor of these herbs. When i make this chilla for my daughter, i totally avoid adding ginger and green chili. I prefer a pinch of Kashmiri Red Chili Powder over green chili.
