Ingredients-

Ragi Flour 1/2 Cup
Oats Powder 1/2 Cup
Suji/Rawa 1/3 Cup
Curd 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds 1Tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Salt As Required
Water Approx 2.5 Cups
Oil As Required
Directions-
Add Ragi Flour, Oats Powder, Suji/Rawa and Curd in a bowl.
Mix ingredients with 2 cups of water.
Make a thick batter. Allow batter to rest for 20-25 mins.
Add Coriander, Cumin Seeds and Salt to it.
Now add some more water to make a thin pouring consistency.
Make Ragi-Oats dosa and serve hot with Ketchup, Tomato Chutney, etc.
Tips -
The batter should be slightly thick for soft dosas and thin for crisp one.
