Ingredients-
Green Moong Sprouts 1 Cup
Finely Chopped Tomato 1/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Onion 1/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber 1/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Raw Mango 2 Tbsp
Pomegranate 2 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Chat Masala
Amachur Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt as per taste

Directions-
In a medium size cooking vessel, add Green Gram Sprouts, 1/2 tsp of Salt and Water. Put it on Gas Stove and boil it for around 5 minutes. It shouldn't be over cooked.
Let it cool down slightly.
Now take a mixing bowl, add Green Gram Sprouts, Tomatoes, Onion, Cucumber, Raw Mango, Pomegranate and Coriander.
Sprinkle Salt, Amachur Powder, Chat masala, Red Chili Powder and Squeeze some Lemon.
Give all ingredients a good mix and Serve it as a Breakfast or Evening Salad or Dinner.
