Ingredients-


  • Green Moong Sprouts 1 Cup

  • Finely Chopped Tomato 1/4 Cup

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1/4 Cup

  • Finely Chopped Cucumber 1/4 Cup

  • Finely Chopped Raw Mango 2 Tbsp

  • Pomegranate 2 Tbsp

  • Finely Chopped Coriander

  • Chat Masala

  • Amachur Powder

  • Red Chili Powder

  • Salt as per taste



Directions-


  • In a medium size cooking vessel, add Green Gram Sprouts, 1/2 tsp of Salt and Water. Put it on Gas Stove and boil it for around 5 minutes. It shouldn't be over cooked.

  • Let it cool down slightly.

  • Now take a mixing bowl, add Green Gram Sprouts, Tomatoes, Onion, Cucumber, Raw Mango, Pomegranate and Coriander.

  • Sprinkle Salt, Amachur Powder, Chat masala, Red Chili Powder and Squeeze some Lemon.

  • Give all ingredients a good mix and Serve it as a Breakfast or Evening Salad or Dinner.
