Garlic Chutney

Tempting ha!! It is tempting. Many of us just love that garlic taste in food. When you have simple food in your plate such as rice-dal, sabji-roti this Garlic Cchutney will surely enhance the whole meal with its taste.

This Garlic Chutney we can have it with our meals, Dosas, Chillas, or can use it in many Chat preparations as well.

Dry Coconut/Khobre Chutney -

  • Works as Blood Purifier

  • Provides relief from Cold and Cough

  • Helps to lower Cholesterol Level

  • Strengthens the immunity of body against Cancer


Ingredients-

  • Garlic Pods 1/2 Cup

  • Whole Dried Red Chilies - 8-10

  • Salt as per taste



Directions-


  • Firstly remove seeds from dried Red Chillies as much as possible and then soak it in hot water for half an hour.

  • Take a pan with thick bottom and roast Garlic Pods, on low to medium flame.

  • Once they are nice and slightly brown, remove from the gas stove.

  • Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down.

  • Now add soaked Red Chillies, Garlic and Salt to a mixer/grinder jar. Add little amount of Water while grinding in intervals to form smooth consistency.

  • Your Garlic Chutney is ready now. you can add little oil to it.

  • Store it in air tight container in refrigerator.


This chutney goes well with Indian Regional Meals as we as famous Indian Snacks/Chats such as Vada Pav, Samosa, Dahi Vada, Samosa Chat, Bhel Puri, even with Pakodas.
