This Chilla recipe is a great way to start your day with the goodness of Oats, Bajra, Chickpea Flour and Spinach. Also this preparation is one of the very quick and easy to make breakfast recipes for your busy mornings.

Ingredients-

Oats Powder 3/4 Cup
Bajra Flour 2 Tbsp
Besan 2 Tbsp
Wheat Flour 2 Tbsp (Optional)
Chopped Spinach/Palak 1/2 Cup
Grated Tomato 1 Small Size
Finely Chopped Coriander
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Carom Seeds 1 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Water as required for making batter
Oil/Ghee for making Chillas
Direction-
Take medium size mixing bowl and add Oats Powder, Bajra Flour, Besan, Wheat Flour, Grated Tomato, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Carom Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Finely Chopped Coriander and Salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now add little water at a time and make batter with pouring consistency.
Heat up the pan and start making chillas on low to medium flame.
Pour 1 ladle of batter, gently spread it outwards. It should be slightly thick.
Drizzle little oil/ghee around the edges and cover it with lid for few seconds.
Once the visible side it dry, flip it and let it cook for several minutes.
make sure you cook well from both the sides.
Serve hot with ketchup/sauce/green chutney/coconut chutney/tomato chutney.
Tips -
You can use other veggies or flours to make different variations of these chillas.
