Ingredients-
Flax Seeds 1/2 Cup Peanuts 2 Tbsp
Garlic Pods 6-7 (If you like garlic you can add few more pods) Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp or as per your taste
Asafoetida 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Directions-
Take a pan with thick bottom and roast Flax Seeds, Peanuts, Garlic Pods and Cumin Seeds separately on low to medium flame.
Now let these ingredients cool down completely.
Add above ingredients to a mixer/grinder jar along with Red Chili Powder, Salt and Asafoetida.
Grind it to a fine consistency and your Flax Seeds chutney is ready.
Store it in air tight container.
Tip- Roast the flax seeds and grind it to a fine consistency and add this flax seeds powder to your curries, parathas or simply sprinkle it over your salads, dosas, uttapas, etc.
