This chutney makes great accompaniment for simple Indian meals. It can be serve with your daily meals and goes really well with Jowar/Bajra/Ragi Roti(Bhakri).

Ingredients-
Karale/Khurasani/Niger Seeds 1 Cup
Garlic Pods 8-10
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chilies 3-4
Salt as per taste
Tip - If you don't have Red Chiilies then use 1 Tbsp of Red Chili Powder.

Directions-
Take a pan with thick bottom and roast Karale/Khurasani/Niger Seeds, Garlic Pods and Cumin Seeds separately on low to medium flame.
Now let these ingredients cool down completely.
Add above ingredients to a mixer/grinder jar along with Red Chili Powder and Salt
Grind it in intervals to a slightly coarse consistency and your Karale/Khurasani/Niger Seeds chutney is ready.
Store it in air tight container.
While serving it add little oil or curd to this chutney. Trust me this is the best way to have it.
